UltraClear SnapLock Microtubes

Our 0.6ml, 1.5ml, 1.7ml and 2.0ml Snaplock microtubes are engineered to close with a "snap", and stay closed during centrifugation up to 20,000 RCF. The 0.6ml and 1.7ml UltraClear tubes are manufactured of copolymer material to offer exceptional strength and chemical resistance.

The 1.5ml and 2.0ml Boil-Proof models offer the same Ultra Clarity and are made of homopolymer which features physical properties that minimize the risk of "popping" due to heat. All our SnapLock microtubes have frosted cap surfaces for labeling, frosted panels on the side for writing, a 0.28 mm piercing port in the center of the cap, are tested to 55 psi and are ready for autoclaving.

PCR tubes

As with all our tubes, our PCR products are manufactured from 99.9% pure, virgin polypropylene and certified RNase, DNase and endotoxin free to ensure the purity of your reaction.

Ultra-thin and consistent wall thickness allows for precise thermal transfer along the entire surface of the tube. The unique cap design guarantees a perfect fit to ensure there is no sample evaporation during thermal cycling. As with all our injection moulded products, our PCR tubes are manufactured using a highly polished moulds and are free from lubricants, dyes and heavy metals or fillers.

The PCR products are available in colors and in UltraClear for optimum sample visibility and organization.

Nidatech recommends Low Retention PCR products for applications requiring the ultimate performance.

PCR Tube strips and Caps
Also available are UltraClear thin wall PCR tube strips with 8 tubes per strip and matching UltraClear thin wall PCR caps with 8 caps per strip.
Optical flat cap strips feature UltraClear upper surfaces, ideal for fluorescent, luminescent and real-time PCR applications.
They offer a light transmittance that is 75% higher than with standard strip caps.
