Universal Fit tips are designed to fit a wide variety of single and multi-channel pipettes. Flexible walls and a series of internal sealing rings ensure a secure fit with less force required to load and eject. Extended length and wide bore styles are also available for specialty applications. All pre-sterilized tips are exposed to e-beam radiation for complete security without degrading the plastic and performance. |

Hydrophobic Aerosol Barrier tips are ideal for molecular and microbiology applications in which carryover contamination can invalidate results and waste both time and resources. Filter placement allows for plenty of space between the sample and filter at the maximum rated volume, and in case of overpipetting the sample can be easily recovered by dispensing. The filters are made from polyethylene and contain no PCR inhibitors. |

Don't loose sample material...! When pipetting, it is common to se significant liquid residuals in the pipette tip after dispensing and blow-out. Only through a new polymer technology and the use of diamond polished moulds, CappExpel pipette tips show a 3-5 fold lower liquid retention than other tips. Further, the extremely smooth inner surface significantly reduces loss of DNA, proteins and other sample molecules due to less adhesion. The result is more reliable results and reductions in expensive reagent cost. |

Precise delivery Capillary bleeding is a phenomenon where the liquid "creeps" up on the outside of the tip when dispensing, leading to sample loss. CappExpel tips are bevelled at the opening to avoid such bleeding. The result is that the sample is delivered precise and in full. |

Safe pipetting All CappExpel tips are free of contaminating RNase, DNase and pyrogens and are available sterile in racks or non-sterile in bags. The tips are autoclavable at 121 °C for 15 min. CappExpel filter tips have a hydrophobic barrier preventing cross-contamination of sample fluids or vapors in getting in contact with the pipette piston, making them ideal for PCR work or applications involving bio-hazardous, radioactive or corrosive samples. |
